You will join the administrative team of Univ.-Prof. Dr. Iris Eisenberger, M.Sc. (LSE) at the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law. If you enjoy working as an organisational assistant, take a structured, solution-oriented and independent approach to your work, and appreciate working in a team environment, we look forward to welcoming you to the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law!
Your future tasks:
• You support the professorship with all administrative tasks (such as budget and personnel management, scheduling, office organisation, planning and processing of business trips, etc.)
• You help organise and administer teaching and examinations
• You are the main point of contact and handle correspondence in both English and German with all relevant parties (within the team, across the university, with project partners, students, etc.)
• You assist with the administration of third-party funded projects
• You help organise events (such as conferences and meetings, etc.)
• You maintain and update the website
This is part of your personality:
• General or vocational secondary school diploma (A-level standard or equivalent)
• Experience in office management
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
• Very good German skills
• Good English skills
• Motivation to work in an interdisciplinary and international team
• Careful, structured, and independent way of working
Desirable qualifications are:
• Knowledge of university processes and structures or experience in university administration
• Experience with content management systems (e.g. TYPO3) and with SAP
